Sibley Elementary hosted a literacy night, thank you to all the families who attended and help make the evening special. We appreciate the engagement and partnership in supporting our students' love of reading.



Our afterschool program has been busy the last few weeks- filled with exciting science experiments, math games and even making a tasty snack mix.









Spreading the love at lunch was so fun at Sibley Elementary. From smiles to sweet treats, our students and staff made it a special day full of kindness and school spirit. Thank you to student council for decorating and serving and our afterschool program made the snack mix. ❤️

Sibley hosted its first Kindness Counts Family Night, where students and their families came together to create heartfelt cards for our friends at St. John’s Lutheran Community.


First grade went to Oxbow Park and Zollman Zoo! We had so much fun learning about native Minnesota animals.

Our 3rd graders kicked off Module 1 of Wit & Wisdom, The Sea, with a fun and engaging book tasting. Students explored the core text for the module while enjoying themed snacks.



Thank you to the Sibley PTO for generously providing supplies for today’s 3rd-grade book tasting event. Our students had a wonderful time exploring artwork and literature as they prepared to dive into learning about the sea!




Kindergartners have been learning about cooperation and working together! They have been talking about what this can look like in their own classrooms and practiced it today.
