A Dean of Students strives to enrich the student experience by ensuring that all students have access to the resources they need to succeed in an environment that fosters learning, encourages interpersonal development, while embracing diversity and individuality.

School social workers aim to help students grow socially and academically. Depending on the student, they may do this by helping students resolve issues like bullying, school absences, and other conflicts.

Success Coaches play a vital role in supporting English learning students. They assist with language development, provide academic support, and help students navigate the school environment. Success Coaches also work closely with teachers to adapt lessons, offer small group academic supports, co-teach within the classrooms, and engage with families to ensure each student has the resources and encouragement needed to thrive academically and socially.

Albert Lea Schools contracts with Albert Lea Bus Company to ensure safe and efficient transportation to and from school.
